Bluff's Penrod Commerce Park ready to build
White Mountain Independent
Penrod Commerce Park represents only 21 acres of the overall 1,500-plus-acre development, but plans are to have a mix of residential and commercial uses for the land.
White Mountain Heritage Realty commercial realtor Don Anderson Cosgrove said the roads and other infrastructure is in place and the lots are ready to build.
"If someone wanted to put in a small office building, it's easy to get through the city," he said. "You can take your plans to the city, take it to the building department and go to work."
Stephanie Crain, White Mountain Heritage Realty sales director, said, "This project will bring jobs, stability."
