Show Low Bluff is the community to watch in the White Mountains. Homeowners are seeing stability & growth as the community continues to progress. In comparison to three competing developments in the White Mountains, Show Low Bluff has had the most growth and sales! A comparable report run from January-June of this year shows that Show Low Bluff has moved 16 lots to an Under Contract or Sold status whereas competing developments have moved 0-4 lots on average to an Under Contract or Sold status. In addition to these outstanding numbers we are also proud to note that our prices have increased by $1,500 since November of 2008 in comparison to the correction that has been experienced in other developments. Our belief is that growth at a slow, steady rate will help to keep Show Low Bluff the wisest choice now and throughout the years.
